Hey, didn’t want to upset anyone. 8 of 10 threads in the non-christian subforum are denunciations of Mormonism...

Thats why I asked it.

Here is a shock for you, most of our members are either Christian of some sort, Jews or Mormon. The market drives the product. Why does McDonald’s just sell fatty crap, because most of their customers are lard heads, you won’t find any tofu there. If there was an overwhelming demand for a different product, it would look different. For a “Libertarian”, you sure don’t understand how free markets work do you?

Well then, taking conversely, Mormons message to the world is their salvation is incomplete without Joseph Smith, a passport and some guy conferring the Holy Spirit to another person, by the laying of his hands.

Apparently, Christians cannot get into heaven without the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit can only reside in you by the authority of a man.

Protestants don’t believe in man’s authority. Our relationship with God, The Holy Spirit and Jesus is direct, personal and sacrosanct with no man’s authority to judge us worthy.

It’s not as if LDS doesn’t recognized that and take that message to Christians as possessing a salvation that has further pre-conditions.

What’s with the “non-christian” subforum phrase?

Christians are Christians and you saying that we are not, because of a lost authority, isn’t going to change that.
