Supposively people who claim to care about children, don’t here...they have an agenda and it is very clear to us Catholics here. It is not about issues, it is about hatred of the Catholic Church.

As to the rest, "open" threads on the Religion Forum are often contentious because it is a town square format and posters may argue for or against beliefs, authorities, etc.
If that kind of debate is not your cup of tea, ignore the "open" threads and instead read and post to threads labeled "caucus" "ecumenical" "prayer" or "devotional."
