To call Paul a "crazy saint" is just...crazy

lol, well someone's loony, but it isn't Paul

I remember reading Romans, all of it, and just being blown away with the depth and understanding that Paul had. Of course it was his familiarity with the Jewish traditions that help to enlighten and his great gift from God of the Holy Spirit.

No question it's powerful stuff.

Rom. 3:23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

Doesn't sound like good works will save.

Rom. 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

It was Jesus Christ who saved us, not ourselves!

Amen. As my brothers in Christ, you and Wmfights and others have shown me the value and joy in understanding the Old Testament as part of God's one, continuous revelation of Himself.

The Scriptures are one book, one plan, one people, one Savior.
