A beating is good ? at what age ? I was in a German Roman Catholic Orphanage from the age 8-17. I was beat with wire coat hangars, 2x4’s, radiator brush, rosary beads, books, broom handle, a college pledge paddle, a metal bucket, shoes and that's what I can remember. I had my fingertips burned. I was locked in a locker.
and I was one of the lucky ones, as I didn't get picked on as much as others.
USMC Boot Camp was a piece of cake.
