Does CAIR have to talk about Muslim beliefs? Other than the convenient ones which a lot of people share?

Yes. But when they do, they simply lie, saying they DON'T believe what they do, and that they DO believe what they don't. I don't think the Mormons want to do anything resembling that. And we know that no Mormon ADL would be inclined to reveal the temple secrets, or the more unusual doctrines.
So I don't think there'll be a Mormon ADL, per se.
