Think RM’s leaving it as an example.
Sticks and stones thing.
But back to the thread topic, is anybody else having recent severe sleep/anxiety problems?
It’s one thing to leave his comment, but the dude hasn’t left the building permanently!
I don’t have any trouble sleeping, rarely do unless there’s a lot of pain.
But I do have bad dreams sometimes, in relation to the terrible state of the world and our country. And worrisome thoughts - and I pray a lot.
No, not having trouble sleeping because of world events, however, I am becoming more and more convinced that we are living in the end times and have been spending more and more time in prayer and Bible reading in preparation for what may be coming.
Between that and some health concerns, I’ve really come to the point of staring my own mortality in the face and decided that it’s past time to get my spiritual life to where it should have been a long time ago.
I noticed that the fourteen days is up on April 1, an easy date to remember. Hopefully by then, this will have become enough of a habit that we can keep at it.
Perhaps someone could think of a keyword so that we can keyword search this thread and keep tabs on how it’s going. Maybe something really original, like *fourteendays*.
FWIW, mike, I don’t think that other FReeper was joking too much with the comment about taking an aspirin.
Don't often have sleep problems or nightmares, last week I woke up in a cold sweat after dreaming Obama was evil (I know he is) in my dream he had the ability to bring his evil into my house, and his evil was in the bedroom with me. I had to turn the light on and read for over an hour before I calmed down enough to sleep again. Dream stayed with me the next day, told several people about it. It seemed silly in the light of day but ominous in the dark of night.
