Pray each morning for those that you love and get right with God. Doing so helps me to walk thru the day without fear.
Ok, so I have been waking up in a cold sweat the last several months VERY concerned about this country.
Ya know..., there's only one country in the world that God guarantees will be a nation forever. And that one country is Israel. No other nation in the world has that guarantee.
So, I wouldn't expect that the United States will go on forever. At some point in time, it will fail, and the only country that will succeed, forever ("guaranteed"), will be Israel.
Yes, prayer is not on beneficial but comforting as well.

I’ve been having nightmares where Obama tries to take things away from me, money, my kids, etc. I wake up screaming “NO!”
WHen I wake up like that (worried about the future of the NAtion) I take positive steps.
Write my CONGress critter, letters to the editor, contact the local call in radio show.
Oh,. and go purchase another tin of (fill in your favorite caliber or potted meat here).
