Colorcountry, I thought you have said that you were Mormon at one time. First off, do Mormons believe that without the grace of God that we can be saved?
If God is a God of love and is 100% in control and He doesn’t save me, then it’s because He didn’t really love me and wanted me to roast in Hell for the eternities. He loves you because He saved you and wants to plop you on a fluffy cloud to sing praises to Him every day for the eternities.
“Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed — not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence — continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.” (Phil. 2:12, 13, NIV)
Let him who has ears, hear. Keep working hard urroner, and deny the atonement. Work yourself to Godhood and see what it gets you.
