LOL you think I am idolizing Quix?

I have never prayed to Quix or lit a candle in front of a statue of him or kneeled in front of a statue of him. I don’t even *have* a statue of him, or a medallion, or a bookmark, or an icon, not even something to hang from the mirror of my car. I have never bestowed on him a title of any sort, let alone a divine one. And I have never made constant repetitions of rote prayers to him while holding a beaded necklace or any other kind of necklace for that matter. I have never named a house of worship after him either. I don’t even hold feast days in his honor. I have certainly never, ever, neverever ever, counted on him to add anything to the free Gift of Grace Christ gave to me though His Blood and His Work on the cross when I confessed with my mouth, “Yah’shua is Lord,” and believed in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. I haven’t done this with Mary either, can you say the same?

If you are saying that I have relational idolatry, as in I idolize relationships or intimacy or anything like that, well it isn’t true. There is no relationship in my life that is, was, or ever will be greater than the one I have with Christ and His Father who sent Him. I also hold no kind of relationship in idolatry, whether it be the marriage relationship, the friend relationship, the family relationship, the political relationship, the religious institution relationship, or the parental relationship. Can you say the same (especially about that last one)?

I have to point out here that I am quite flattered that you actually did a search on my handle and read through who knows how many of my old posts and then even went and compiled a list of them. In this act you have probably paid more attention to me than anyone else on FR or even all of the internet has ever done. I really don’t know what to say. Thank you.

While you were reading all of those old posts of mine did you find anything you liked about the things I’ve said? Were you edified or inspired or did you learn anything? I’m not trying to sound unhumble here I am just curious and delighted that you took the time to do this.

INDEED.

Besides . . . contrary to their assumptions, I’m no fool either. I’d not tolerate anything from me that would hurt you spiritually, unwittingly or not.

They must have an enormous dirth of great brother and sister relationships in The Lord to cast such aspersions.

Pitiful, that.

I have a picture of Quix but don’t bow and worship at his feet or call him blessed...LOL. He’s a precious brother in Christ to many of us.

Actually no, it was sarcasm. I thought you might have figured that out ,so my apologies for not being clearer

You're welcome, I do this when anyone I have not encountered before posts me though -in order understand what their beliefs are

Were you edified or inspired or did you learn anything?

Sorry ,I did not. I have seen the "same ole" "same ole" that's posted around here from typical modernists and anti Catholic's
