O- Ship, Do me a favor and go write a book on the analyzation of yourself and why you feel the need to write about things you don’t understand just to amuse yourself.

I”m very well grounded in my Catholic Faith and don’t elevate Mary to a goddess. Mary is the humblest “creature” created by God.

Why don’t you try to imitate her humility,it would do you well

Why would you want to read a book about me analyzing myself? I wouldn’t even find that interesting and I’m *me*!

Perhaps if I had done something famous or was a public figure it might be interesting to somebody, but even then I don’t think I would feel like writing it.

What was it about what I wrote in that post that made you feel I didn’t understand the subject? Can you post a quote and the reasons why you felt that way? I am also curious to know what about that post made you feel I wrote it to amuse myself.

I am glad that you do not elevate Mary to a goddess. Your previous post seemed to be saying the opposite. I can see what you mean with your assertion that Mary is humble due to her role in God’s plans being so great, but I believe that she is just as humble as Paul, John, Elijah and Moses who wielded the power of God, Abraham who was the source of God’s chosen nation, David and Solomon who ruled that nation at it’s greatest (so far), Noah who was the only man God decided to save in a world He destroyed (he even got to keep his family), all the prophets whom God told his secrets to, Adam and Eve who were the first, Job whom God actually came and spoke to when Job complained to Him, and everyone else whom God has given a role to play that brought them in touch with the Elohim.

Mary knew who Christ was from the beginning, and I can only wonder what He taught her, and how He loved her during his growing up and what it was like to be so close to God for all those years. It was an INCREDIBLE gift that God gave her to have so much time with Him. On this fallen world, in her sin-filled fallen form, she got to have intimate face time with Him!! I also wonder if it was hard to see Him as God and not just as her child. And what she must have gone through to have to let Him go in that manner.

All the world will say she is blessed because she got to be so intimate with God while here in this place and in the bodies we now wear. Joseph too. Other than the bond between man and wife, the bond between mother and child is the greatest, so Mary has had the greatest intimacy with God of all us humans so far. His human body contained her genes even! There is coming a day soon when each and every saint will be joined to Christ in the Husband and wife bond, and when that happens, we will all be blessed, even greater so than Mary!

What about me has led you to believe that I am not humble? Can you post a quote to what it was that I said that made you feel this way?
