There is nothing clear about that statement. It’s mere fantasy. Mythology.
And that CLEAR STATEMENT is that the tail MOVES like a cedar tree, not that the tail itself is like a cedar tree. Read the verse again, please:
Job 40:17a - He moveth his tail like a cedar
