Here’s something even most Jews don’t necessarily know. The Hebrew God was never meant to be the Lord of anyone except the Jewish people. Jews never thought that their God would be the God of the Greeks or Romans. That is one of the reasons that Jews never proselytized.
In contrast, Jesus Christ was seen by Christians as being the universal God for all peoples and nations.
