You know, I have talked to several former freepers that said FR's religion forum is an arm of the Vatican now , so they stopped posting ... The fact that one that was a doctrinal article was locked and this one is allowed to stand.. Oh well put on your armor PM use the helmet of salvation and the sword that is the word of God.. :)
I am pretty much there myself. Even though at this point in time I don't have the time to read the threads, I am not sure that I would for the same reason. Too many thin skinned crybabies, tattletalers, and ones adept at dodging the letter of the rules but not the spirit from the RC side, for me to find any decent discussion where both sides can learn from each other about the different beliefs. (Yes, I admit there are bad apples on each viewpoint, but there is an obvious abundance of ones on one side that do not get reprimanded).
Any comments on this, sir?
