You need to read the theology of the Catholic church. The problem is not that she is the blessed mother of Jesus. The problem is the theology that makes her "the firstborn of all creation", the "dispenser of all graces", the "advocate between men and Christ", the "Queen of Heaven, sitting on a throne, and so on.
