Comments? Anyone? Just what is the "word"? God spoke, and it was done - How? Well, we don't know that, but we have hope that we will after the resurrection promised by Jesus the Christ or "anointed One" of the Creator.

Science has, by inductive reasoning of findings of both applied theory and direct measurements that the universe had a beginning. Most atheist scientists as well as Christian scientists agree to this. The regress to a singularity requires the inquiring mind to answer the question, "Did the universe come from nothing, or did the universe come from something?" What is the First Cause? The dogma of the Principles of Logic say, "for everything which comes to be, there must be a cause." So the universe had a cause (syllogistically). That first cause was, as science determines, "Unimaginably intelligent to have ordered the universe, natural law, the laws of physics, and the moral law. First Cause must have been unimaginably powerful to have brought thea universe into existence out of nothing. The First Cause must have been timeless, as time did not exist prior to that singularity moment of creation (see Einstein and Hawking). First Cause must be self-existent (eternal). First Cause must be personal to have decided to bring forth this universe instead of maintaining a state of nothingness. That is the conclusion which reasoned, logical, rational scientist conclude, looking at the data which science has provided.

Those are the same characteristics which theologians have used to describe the Transcendent God of the Bible.....unimaginable powerful, unimaginable intelligent, personal, spirit (non-spatial), immaterial (not made of matter), or in other words he is all powerful.

If there is no God, why is there anything at all, rather than nothing?

They saw Him for 33 years and many still did not believe. They saw Him heal lepers, make the blind see, they saw Him resurrect the dead. And many were not convinced.

It’s not about the seeing.
