The author ought to have learned Greek before writing this article. The final words of the Our Father in Greek are "ἀλλὰ ῥῦσαι ἡμᾶς ἀπὸ τοῦ πονηροῦ." which means "but deliver us from the Evil One", meaning the devil and implying a profound slyness. Its not some free floating "evils" which result from our sins and the sins of others as the author would have you believe.

You know, the Evil One's greatest deception is getting us to believe that he doesn't exist and articles like this simply advance that deception.

which means "but deliver us from the Evil One",

One of my pet peeves for sure.
