You know as I read your post and contemplate Reno's little “seek help” attempt at comedy, I am reminded of Reno's comment about “talking” and such and realize that normally the only place one would converse with a person who believes in non existent fantasy worlds as well as their own superiority and eventual godhood is in a therapy session.
So I think the lot of us are being pretty generous when we try and treat their arguments seriously.
But that's just me.
