Orthodox ping! This is really an excellent article. I can’t say that I am astonished that it is from a Latin Church source, but very nearly so! The insight is fabulous.

Mr. R; here’s an article which will go far to explaining Orthodoxy’s veneration of the The Most Holy Theotokos. Its worth the read!

This is really an excellent article. I cant say that I am astonished that it is from a Latin Church source, but very nearly so! The insight is fabulous I believe statements like this one:
"In the East, knowledge of God is not the result of logical arguments presented by theology. Only in worship can human beings obtain knowledge of God. Such knowledge is nonrational; it is contemplative and mystical"
suggests the author may be an Eastern Christian whose Church just happens to be in communion with Rome. The insights did not come form the Latin source, or if they did I would be pleasantly surprised.
NYer, who is this Father Samaha? Is he a Maronite or a Latin Catholic?
