Well said, though I would disagree with the statement about Ireland being Catholic. I have studied and lived in Ireland and, sadly, Mother Church is crippled there.
Sadly, I must agree. Ireland (and Portugal) held out longer than most, but my most reports the old values are finally succumbing to what passes as “progress.”
