And the Catholic Church is not a cult? Please explain why.

The Catholic Church claims it is the only true church and its priests and sacraments are the only valid ordinances,..and..they emotionally threaten and control those who chose to leave it with visions of burning in hell.

If this isn’t a cult then what is?

Honestly...I don’t think Catholics, who are living in glass houses, should throw stones at Mormons.

"The Catholic Church claims it is the only true church".

lol. "Claims"?. Wow. You have some reading to do.

And of course, mormonism is a cult. read anything on www.exmormon.org. Read anything about Joe's Myth. They're a non-Christian cult, is all. But hey, they're nice folk. Just miserably misguided, is all. Very sad. Except for the folks on www.exmormon.org.

--We don't "throw" any stones at mormons. We just simply do not recognize them (nor do any Christian faiths) as Christians. It's just the truth. It's not the mormon's fault that they are brainwashed down the wrong road. They can blame it all on the fake-profit - Joe Smith. Jus'sayin'.

Funny I just had a Baptist friend convert to Catholicism in a very Conservative Catholic Church. They accepted his Baptism and did not require Catechism though he took it anyways.
