Mary’s own words: “I am a virgin”

Her words were "I know not man". That is not the same as I am a virgin. I know not man has not limits on it while I am a virgin does.

>>Her words were "I know not man". That is not the same as I am a virgin. I know not man has not limits on it while I am a virgin does.<< Actually, we are both "wrong". Her words were: "γινώσκω οὐ ἀνήρ" And the key word is γινώσκω, which your version translated to "I know". This has a strongs number of G1097. Here is the translation in english: 1) to learn to know, come to know, get a knowledge of perceive, feel a) to become known 2) to know, understand, perceive, have knowledge of a) to understand b) to know 3) Jewish idiom for sexual intercourse between a man and a woman 4) to become acquainted with, to know I'm gonna go with number 3 on this one.
