Based on what? What do we know of Jesus’ childhood? We know that the Holy Family is the ONLY family in history to have God living with them, so yes that is demonstrably abnormal.
We also know that there are NO CHILDREN mentioned in chapter 2 of the Gospel of Saint Luke.
