I don’t worry about Jedediah. I AM concerned about some folks here, however. As soon as they see it’s one of his posts, they jump in and start personally attacking him. Don’t know how the mods let them get away with that, but so be it.
I think it must be a very tricky thing for the RM as he has hinted.
If it were a NONFREEPER, there would be a robust amount of derision, mockery etc. allowed. And, I think the ‘error’ has leaned in that direction.
. . . kind of as though . . . here were not a FREEPER IN HIS ROLE as prophet etc.
I’d hate to have to make the judgment call on how to handle all those priorities.
I do believe sometimes that the RM typically errs on the side of letting the more mature or stronger or ???? take it more in the shins than some other types. . . . maybe a kind of unconscious rule that the more spiritually mature and healthy OUGHT to be used to taking more guff and bearing it graciously, regardless of the unfairness or anything else.
Or maybe he just doesn’t want to get all bothered with some of the argumentative-in-a-flash types that would take a lot of time and energy he might not have at the moment.
And, it’s quite human nature for all sides to feel that THEY UNIQUELY are treated unfairly. I suspect that the RM is complained to by all sides along such lines.
Certainly we can tell from the public posts that the Rabid RC cliques are forever convinced that they are horribly treated unfairly because they are so persistently unsuccessful at turning this Rel Forum into an arm of the Vatican.
I know a lot of folks FREEPMAIL me with such perceptions and questions. And I never feel I have a definitive answer as I’m certainly not a mind-reader of the RM! LOL.
HOWEVER, I TRUST THIS RM EXCEEDINGLY. HE’S SO MANY ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE BETTER THAN ALL THE OTHERS COMBINED. He’s a real answer to prayer.
Besides, as he’s exhorted me often enough . . . COUNT IT ALL JOY . . . WHEN . . . REVILED . . .
I guess he wants to ensure I have my quota of joy. LOL.
BTW, I don’t always ping the RM because I know he’s busy and will get to all the posts in a thread like this when he gets around to it. And that’s quite soon enough for me.
