But seriously, though, this one is nowhere near empty eyed enough or intent enough to even be in the class of some that I have met. This country has done so many people a great injustice in the 80s when the Supreme Court essentially ruled that a borderline mentally insane person has the right to flea infested borderline existence and early death on the streets if to their addled minds, live in an institution bothers them. With proper psychotropic drugs, many of these people are at least as sane as the average FR RF poster.
