There’s some deliberateness, premeditation in setting it up that way.
Some points come to mind.

(This word colour is Hebrew "eye", and the amber is glowing metal, say like highly polished bronze metal.)

Notice that in Joel 2:11 And the LORD shall utter His voice before *HIS* army: for His camp is very great: for He is strong that executeth His word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?
So even the deliberateness, premeditation in setting it up is controlled by our Heavenly Father. HE told US what will be and what He will allow. No one is going to stop it or prevent it from happening, but to be informed as it does happen so we can 'count' the number of the man and NOT work for him during his short reign.
One more thing. Daniel 2:40 And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as *iron*: forasmuch as *iron* breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as *iron* that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of the 'potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the *iron* mixed with miry clay.
Potter's clay is talking about flesh beings and the *iron* is not, and it says there is to be a 'mixing' of iron with miry clay.
