I suspect you and I have similar dictionaries, yet I will quote mine just for you. I'd hate to make those two favorite muscles of yours twitch just now. ;-D
1 - An evil spirit.
2 - An attendant power of spirit.
3 - One that has unusual drive or effectiveness.
I suspect we both can disregard #3 in this instance.
I think ETs, if they exist, are merely folks from "out there" somewhere. They are part of Creation and not necessarily part of Satan's minions, no more so than certain humans.
One man's demon could be anothers ET or FA.
It's all in ones perception (reality) and/or belief system.
Obviously some have overlooked that point.
A strong, overwhelming faith in Jesus Christ will overcome all deception.
