They called themselves Christian, doesn’t make it so. And praying for our leaders is biblical. He rules over us and he could crush us. I pray for his soul, I pray that God would turn his heart to Himself and away from the evil he is now blindly following. I pray God gives him wisdom as he rules over us. I pray that God will protect him and his family. I pray for him just as I would any other lost person. You can do whatever you wish, I’ll keep praying for Obama.

Very well then, I see there are no exceptions as far as you are concerned. That means you would have been praying for King George while our forefathers were locked in a desperate battle for our freedom. For the record I know many Germans, and yes they are Christians, and no they did not pray for Adolf Hitler. You have a nice day. I’ll pray for you.

A word from The Lord went out recently

to pray—prayerfully standing in the gap and in prayer lifting leaders’ hands up to God.

God said those who’s hearts were reachable or honorable or some such—He’d reach down to and CHANGE THEM.

Others, who’s hearts were hard toward Him, He’d deal with most emphatically and sternly.

my paraphrase.

I pray Othuga repents or falls in the ditch he has dug for the rest of us . . . and that speedily.
