Personal jurisdictional issues have moved on in the intervening millenia . . . .
. . . and law school profs aren't even sure where the courthouse is. (I hated law school but loved law practice. Most real lawyers do. The ones who enjoy law school wind up teaching there, which is good because it keeps them out of the real lawyers' hair.)
