It is likely the congregation is unable to agree on a new affiliation at this time. The first step is to get out from under what has become an affiliate of the State Church of PC.

The next step is figuring out the best affiliation alternative.

The ‘best’ affiliation alliance would be the one in line with the Gospels - which IMO, the LCMS, the WELS, and the ELS all provide. Anything less than the LCMS moves away from the basic Christian tenets - and puts them just a hair away from ELCA.

Hope they are able to make prayerful choices.
