The references in the first person in these lines (except for the final quote) are to Jeff Kingshott. Here is what he said:

The author doesn't claim to have received this as a prophecy, therefore the author is claiming to be a deity. Unless of course the author does not believe that Jesus Christ is God in which case it's simple heresy and not blasphemy.
