So you believe God is on tap, to support a school of prophets? No wonder there were so many false prophets in Israel! And no wonder they are around now!
Will VA benefits pay for me to attend the School of Prophets? What are the prerequisites? Do you have a published syllabus? What does it cost?
No doubt there were schools full of false prophets.
:) How many prophets are really needed?
I would think that a School of Prophecy could basically operate for free, whenever the school is low on funds they can just go buy lottery tickets.

Don't laugh. Google is your friend:
That's just the first few hits.
The Internet Tube Thing is not an unmixed blessing.
I am simply relying upon the Scripture.
Samuel joined with a company of prophets, including musicians and disciples (apprentices) I Sam 10:5+
When Jezebel was killing the Lord's prophets, Obediah hid 100 of them in caves 1 Kings 18:4
Elisha lived in a common house with the "sons of the prophets" 2 Kings 6:1+
And prophets were speaking by the Spirit in Antioch in Acts 11:27
Look at Acts 13:1... Prophets and teachers under the direct command of the Holy Spirit
I could go on, but this is enough to show that the office of the prophet did not pass away, nor was it merely a "few" (16 or so). And I doubt any of the detractors here would call those prophets mentioned here, and those in their company false prophets.
And YES. I do believe the Spirit is on tap. In fact, I know it.
