LOL, such drama queens! Basically the lawsuit boils down to this: it made ME feel bad, so I filed a lawsuit to stop the practice of public prayer, overturn the national tradition, and squelch the faith of millions ! As long as I don't have to feel my stomach turn over ever again ! It's my right !

What I don't understand is this.....if you don't believe in God, then how can someone praying to God make you sick? According to an atheist, a person is praying to nothing. So where's the harm? What are the damages? The only damage I can fathom is to that person's ego.....that everyone else doesn't bow to their wishes, and that offends them. Last time I checked, the Bill of Rights didn't include the right to not be offended.
