NEWTON knew a thing or two . . . And his Scriptural study far surpassed his time and energy into other matters . . . to good effect, I think.

He was not without his flaws... He was not trinitarian... Railed against it in fact, AFAIR, without denying the deity of the Three. I believe he saw a subordinate structure, where the SON and the Spirit were of, but not equal to the Father. I can also point to passages of his prophetic interpretation which I disagree with too.

But as I said, He is a man. I don't follow any doctrine of men, not to mention the doctrine of Newton. I hold onto what is good, as the Bible says to do...
