Matter of fact, I'm debating on running for President and rebuilding it on a technology foundation. Representatives should be among their people not voting party line. Just who is represented? Votes should be secret and not available for press fodder. I would only have folks serving that have lived and worked hard... errors in judgement in the past means they understand both sides of the issue.

One of the greatest gifts we are given is discernment, and one of the best ways we can use that gift is through a self check. I'm sure you are a smart man, and as such, I know you would agree that staying up all night eating Chex mix is bound to cause some problems with clarity. You would agree, that lack of sleep causes reduced availability of neurotransmitters like Serotonin, Dopamine, Norepinephrine, GABA and Acetylcholine. This has a very similar affect as being drunk. Knowing this, I know you are smart enough to agree that there is a chance your revelations may be self-induced, especially the part about hearing things on NASA TV and police scanners.
I know you would agree that using that self-discernment is vital. It separates the sane from the insane. Someone in a mental hospital, for example, doesn't understand or can't discern he has a mental problem. You are a smart, sane guy. Step back and think about what you are hearing on NASA TV and in the police scanners and ask if that may be caused by a chemical imbalance from lack of sleep.
