But Alexandria, Antioch, Jerusalem, and Constantinople are not. I respectfully disagree. Mar Nasrallah Peter Cardinal Sfeir is Patriarch of Antioch and all the East. Patriarch Fouad Twal serves as Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem. Patriarch Antonios Naguib tends the community at Alexandria.
