Why on earth would you subscribe to a faith unless you believed it were the right one?

Your position is absolutely illogical from every standpoint.

If there is no single entity without error, whither the Holy Spirit?

You don’t even know the definition of “mediator”.

Everything that stems from that argument is made lame at the starting gate.

You refer to “priestcraft” as if with the implication that it’s tantamount to “witchcraft”. I take grave offense at that calumny, and I’ve had it up to here with this disgusting bigotry.

You don’t even know

Reading the mind of another Freeper is a form of "making it personal."

Discuss the issues all you want, but do not make it personal.

The good doctor didn't say anything about faith. the reference was to the church, the organization. A particular church does not exhaust the definition of faith.

I don't know where “here” is but, if you will notice, historically the term “priestcraft” was used to criticize not only the Catholic religious, but also the Presbyterian religious to which sect the doctor belongs. The doctor is not parochially bigoted but appears to be a catholic calumnizer.

When referring to RC "priestcraft," superstition is as superstition does.
