It's not the first time the RCC offers different doctrines and confused theology and outright blasphemy to its congregations...

Maybe you missed the many times pope John Paul II said Mary was the "Co-Redemptrix."

Now begins the great rewrite, when the popes and bishops and cardinals didn't really mean what they wrote.
Sure they did. And do. And will, until, God willing, they are given God's grace to see their manifest error.

no rewrite needed here...in no place in your post has anyone stated that mary is elevated to the level of christ. Jesus is the one and only redeemer, period. If you read my post #50, you will get clarification on this issue...unless your goal is the destruction of the catholic church, in which case i will ignore you......

Not being Roman Catholic, I don't keep track of which Pope says what actually.
There are none so blind who absolutely WILL not see the truth here regarding Mary and their worship of her.
