Through many generations God’s loving Hand has greatly blessed the United States of America. We are a Christian nation that was founded upon reliance on God and His principles.
He has graciously provided all of our needs, from an abundance of food on our tables, the clothes that we wear, to the warm shelter within our homes. The Lord has protected us, for we are His people. He has remained faithful and merciful, gently caring for us as a shepherd tends to his flock.
In difficult times God is our solid Rock. He is our Shield that fiercely protects us from our enemies as He offers those He loves a safe and secure place of refuge.
The United States of America was once a prosperous nation that overflowed with milk and honey. Our thriving economy actually manufactured quality products that were labeled “Made in the U.S.A.” God blessed us with the strongest military power in the world, as our allies depended on us for their security and defense.
But, somewhere along the way, we became a rebellious people. Like the children of Israel we decided to take the credit for ourselves, failing to acknowledge that these wonderful gifts came from Almighty God, the One who created heaven and earth. Instead of thanking our loving Father with praise we began to eliminate Him from our lives.
He has been removed from the schools and America’s children are no longer allowed to pray. Sadly, in some places we are not even allowed to openly worship the baby Jesus at Christmas time except in our homes. Some churches are not upholding godly principles, straying away from God’s Word, supporting detestable acts in God’s eyes such as abortion and homosexuality. Traditional marriage between a man and a woman is being altered as now homosexual couples are allowed to marry each other.
God’s children are being raised in dysfunctional homes without a clear concept of the true American family, which includes a father and a mother.
The influx of illegal immigrants across our borders is creating havoc, as they take our jobs and destroy the rule of law, making a mockery of the fundamental principles of this great nation.
As Christians we know deep in our hearts that God surely must be weeping with a broken heart for His people and how we have defiantly disobeyed him. It can only be a matter of time before God’s enduring patience with us begins to subside. In fact, we are already witnessing the erosion of our God-given freedoms.
The United States of America was once a prosperous nation. Now our economy is disintegrating right before our eyes, forcing people into poverty, as millions of Americans lose their jobs to overseas competition, and their homes to foreclosure.
Families are now finding themselves to be dependent on the government for their entire welfare.
Our only hope for the survival of this great nation is in God. We must repent of our sins, and turn back to Him before it is too late!
The Lord speaks to us very clearly in 2 Chronicles, chapter 7:14:
"If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
If we seek the Lord with all of our heart and soul, humbling ourselves, He will hear our prayers. And then, like all the generations that went before, our posterity will be able to enjoy the wonderful blessings of His Almighty Hand.
And so, until the hour of Jesus’ glorious return, let us do the work He has given us in helping to turn our fellow Americans back to Him. If we will simply be faithful in that, what a victorious Day that will be!

Amen to your post #76 and #79. Jesus Christ alone is the answer!
This is a spiritual truth that the blind flesh cannot understand. It is a revelation from God that only comes to those who do not resist the spirit and humble themselves and become beggars for grace.
What worked for me years ago was this type of prayer. Lord I don't know what the truth is. Please show me the truth no matter what it is. Then once I found the truth I had to get over the need for approval from others.

God has used this country as a refuge for many of his children. I am not ready to give up on my country yet instead I will pray that people begin to waken and that we turn from our wicked ways and that the Lord’s will be done.

Hard to articulate facts, feelings, principles and what I sense from the Lord and hear from many prophetic sources.
1. Not giving up per se on the American Republic—AS IT MAY YET BE CHERISHED, PROTECTED, GUIDED, CLEANSED BY GOD ALMIGHTY.
2. Nevertheless, there IS NO FURTHER HOPE in ANY arm of man
—not in the Congress certainly;
—not in the traitorous bureaucracy;
—most certainly not in the globalists in full charge under the table and behind the curtains.
—not in the very controlled media.
—not in the universities.
—not in a huge percentage of the churches.
—not in the arts and literature.
—not in corrupt local officials of every rank and level.
—not in the secret socieities in cahoots with and part and parcel of the globalists.
—not in corporate and labor self-serving greed.
—not in the economic systems of extortion and usary.
—not in the social service agencies making things worse.
—not in the globalists infiltrated into every significant institution we have in key positions and growing percentages.
. . . Yes, there ARE many authentic Christians left.
And God will be with them. Some will be martyred. Many will be sheltered probably in moveable groups supernaturally protected, provisioned and moved about.
However, this land—indeed the entire planet will be thoroughly cleansed of all evil. The USA that is left will be mostly unrecognizable from most of what we and past generations have known.
That’s just a future fact, to me. I have absolutely no doubt of it.
The geography will be greatly changed.
The institutions will be greatly changed.
I assume the survivors coming back with Christ will rewrite the Constitution according to His instructions.
The boundaries will be changed.
The levels of government will be changed.
The priorities of government will be greatly changed.
The priorities of all the institutions and of the people will be greatly changed.
The meek (those in reverential awe and humility before God—not wimps) truly will literally inherit the earth and the USA.
IIRC, Roland Buck [search for the free online book ANGELS ON ASSIGNMENT] was told by The Lord that the USA would not be utterly destroyed though it would be severely disciplined.
I believe the 30 items via Charmaine Eggers will come true.
Once the festivities begin—as they look set to do virtually any day, week or month—the USA WE HAVE KNOWN will rapidly cease to exist.
And what it will become will probably not be evident until after Armageddon.
That’s just reality.
PRETENDING OTHERWISE won’t make it so. Denying the truth does NOT alter THE TRUTH.
The Lord has bluntly and pointedly affirmed through a diversity of high quality sources that we have crossed over a line as a nation with the abortions, perverse rampant sexual acting out . . . corruption . . . etc. etc. etc.
AS Billy Graham said decades ago . . . if God doesn’t discipline the USA, he will have to apologize to Soddom and Gomorrah.
Pretending otherwise is foolhardy.
We can fast and pray and sit in sackcloth and ashes 24/7 for a year . . . and it might alter the blessings of those fasting and praying.
It will not delay significantly and certainly not stay the hand of God in disciplining the Nation and the world. The Lord has made that abundantly clear repeatedly the last 6 months.

This is a wonderful beautiful if/then word of God. I believe this word was very active in the 2000 Bush/Gore era. Now however, I am in 100% agreement with Quix's discernment of the current situation.
What it is coming down to is this.
The only hope we have is found in Jesus Christ.
Isn’t it like God to set the situation up like this? In the end isn’t this grace?
