Steve Quayle has written a lot on this topic. He and Thomas Horn have had several discussions. Interesting point, in a mysterious clause, Genesis, says the Nephilim (Fallen ones) were in the land in those days,
and also afterward. Huh? How can that be if all life was destroyed that was not on the ark?
The implication is that these are truly the offspring of spirit beings. Think about it, the King of Bashan (Og - the dude with the 18 foot bed), the Amalekites in the Land of Canaan, Goliath and his 4 brothers? The Repharim? These are all references to other offspring of demonic beings after the flood.

Orthodox Christians, like the writer, consider the rapture as an innovation and heresy. There is no rapture. According to Orthodox Christians, it is the calling of the faithful not to be taken before the antichrist comes but to remain and witness aka be martyrs aka to be persecuted publicly and even killed for believing in the true Christ over the false one.
The reward of the martyr will be in heaven with Jesus not being beamed away before the bad stuff happens.
I know it does not sound as cool as the rapture mythology and I think that is why the rapture was invented because those Scots who came up with the notion could not fathom being tortured and killed for Christ as part of the bargain for being good Christians.
