I have been reading this site daily for years. This is the first time I felt the need to sign up for an account and post. I am a life long catholic and recently started doing adoration once a week. I cannot believe someone would advise against this. I have felt both the grace and presence of God numerous times while doing adoration. At the very least, this is a great time to spend an hour in quiet alone - what is wrong with that?
