Watch the video closely, its pretty interesting because it appears the Archbishop wasn't going to give them Holy Communion at first. He balked and it looks like he asked the communicant something and they seemed to respond in the affirmative.

Yep, there is no doubt, the Church has seen better days. I converted from Catholicism to Christianity many “tears” ago.
