On this and previous threads you've been proposing a false dichotomy. That's fact. I'm not saying "why". Pointing that out is not making it personal.

You've consistently argued that pointing out the weaknesses of capitalism therefore equates to socialism. Wrong. Totally wrong.

There are several forms of "making it personal." Reading another poster's mind and attributing motives to him are examples.

But making a Religion Forum thread "about" individual posters is also "making it personal." Personal snipping is a distraction and often provokes an all out flame war.

Let the thread return to the article and issues involved.

Sure you did. In post 78 you wrote "Assuming the Catholic Church is as clueless, or worse malevolent as you insist..."

I am not proposing a "false dichotomy." I'm asserting a dichotomy apparently you are uncomfortable with and so you disagree.

That's your prerogative.

But name-calling and mind-reading are against the rule on FR. Try to stick to the discussion without breaking the rules.
