How many protestants are told directly by their church leaders and teachers that abortifacients like the pill and the IUD are okay?
No one is counting all of those abortions, they cannot be counted.
Yet some protestants come here (to lecture) about abortion the Church founded by Christ, which unequivocally condemns abortifacients.
If cognitive dissonance were painful, none of this would be happening.
What about the Calvinists that are actually told by their leaders that abortion is okay? (Yes, I know that Calvinists don’t consider Presbyterians to be Calvinists, but Presbyterians certainly do).
“beginning in 1970 when the General Assembly, the national governing body of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) declared that, “the artificial or induced termination of a pregnancy is a matter of careful ethical decision of the patient
and therefore should not be restricted by law

Just reading along...I don’t think the lecture was about abortion, but rather about your Church not exercizing authority over communicants. Is that right, Dr. E?
