If all power belongs to God- and that those who obey are promised prosperity- then Osteen must be doing something that the Lord finds useful.

Check out the life of the Apostle Paul - he healed the sick and cast out demons and more - where was his prosperity? How many sick and lame has Osteen healed?

Gal 6:14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world.

See the difference

Osteen isn’t fire and brimstone, but isn’t there a saying in the Gospel about ‘those who are not against me are for me’.

Jesus also said " Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. (Mat 7:21)
