That’s easy: homosexuality is politically charged, thanks to efforts by gay activists to make their already-equal marriage rights more convenient to their sexual tastes; other forms of adultery are not politically charged. That, and homosexuals have shown more interest than any other group of adulterers in tearing down the church. We object to their efforts to force everyone to accept their lifestyle, and they slander us, calling us bigots, homophobes, idiots, Nazis, proponents of an oppressive Christian theocracy, hate-crimers, and what have you.

Why do they THINK devout Christians might have some hard feelings toward them?

Apparently, this group is reformed homosexuals that have come to Christ. My only point was that this group is not asking the church to accept the homosexual lifestyle as some thought.

As I said, it's difficult to witness in love when one feels they are under attack.
