God is not subject though to any of these things , he is outside this box and what he does is for his glory and easily points to him for those with eyes to see and ears to hear .
This is how God puts it to us to keep us humble !
Isaiah 48:6-8 (New International Version)
6 You have heard these things; look at them all.
Will you not admit them?
“From now on I will tell you of new things,
of hidden things unknown to you.
7 They are created now, and not long ago;
you have not heard of them before today.
So you cannot say,
‘Yes, I knew of them.’
8 You have neither heard nor understood;
from of old your ear has not been open.
Well do I know how treacherous you are;
you were called a rebel from birth.
Why would God bother with sending a hurricane to California (something unnatural) when he could just pop off an 8.4 earthquake just about anywhere in the state? Far more devastating and no warning whatsoever.
