Obama had no role in deterimining these dealer closings. It was based on economics.
As I mentioned my local New Holland dealer was closed for lack of production and there was too many dealers in my area. Years ago all we had was NewHolland/Ford and John Deere. Now we have a Kubota dealer down the road, Mahindra, Kyioti, Yanmar etc. Too many dealers for a small area.

Not sure which way you trend re: Obama, but his fingerprints are all over the closing of dealerships, determining how much GM can spend to market their product, etc. That is WAY beyond the scope of the Presidency and completely unconstitutional.
