You were quoting Peter in his quote of the Prophet Joel.
HOWEVER, Peter applied it to *that time* where he was and where his hearers were.
—
Acts 2:14-16
14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words.
15 For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day.
16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
—
So, that fulfills the prophecy of Joel, as Peter stated.
Furthermore, the “Last Days” is a period of time that has extended for almost 2,000 years and has run from that time of Peter (when he spoke) all the way through now.
All this time from Peter’s time to now — is — “the Last Days”. And there are different things that go on in the “Last Days”, including the *after* the closing of the Last Days, which is the “Day of the Lord” and His judgment.
So, when someone says “these are the Last Days” we are in — they are right, since it’s been true since almost two thousand years ago.
Oh I am perfectly serious.
What ever the stated reason, regardless if it has a valid basis, dont you think that if there is a thinning of the herd to be done the Dims will take that opportunity to cut down the Republicans in the herd first if it presents its self.
All they have to do is check out Open Secrets on-line and see to whom dealership owners donated.
Then just come up with some reason that the Republican dealer is a less viable dealership.
There is no doubt in my mind that it has at least been suggested with in Obamas inner circle.
I stopped reading right there. They ain't profitable overall.
Shaking my head.
Besides... there’s typically an inverse relationship between the number of exclamation points in a given article and its credibility. More !!!’s, less credibility.
Sorry, Mr. Keller ... from car dealerships to the abolition of religion?
The "Obama as Ahab" schtick is a real stretch. And you, Mr. Keller, are no Elijah.
Question is who closed the dealership.
Did is go out of business or close because the dealer was retiring and the business was not profitable enough to sell?
Was it a company owned store that was closed because it was not generating enough sales?
These dealers have contracts that are being broken illegally by fiat action of the POTUS.
Had the GM and Chrysler file for Chapter 11 these contracts would have been dissolved by a bankruptcy judge. Obama has no such power, which of course is just another reason to doubt his motives.
These are grave days for the republic.
Think about it!
In an area with three marginal dealerships Obamas lackeys must choose two dealerships to eliminate.
One dealership has donated exclusively to Dims, one has donated to both parties and the last donated exclusively to Republicans.
How do they choose?
Given that this administration is more partisan than the Clinton administration what reason would I have to believe that they would be politically impartial?
I don’t remember there being anything about cars in the Bible, unless you count the Fords of the Jordan in Judges 12.
At the very least this is illegal and unconstitutional.
“What is the last sector? RELIGION!”
You’re right and the article is also correct in stating religion is next. The Dems entered into the realm of a Catholic Church in CT and decided how it should be run. I would have happened only 5,000 people showed up at their offices and told them where to go. The obamation et al no doubt watched what happened and will be more skillful next time. Their aim is to mold this State run American Church into their image.
