Good luck getting any of their money back from the Cadillac dealer, the airlines or the art dealers. So the LDS excomunicate this guy for his Ponzi scheme and fraud. How about Rome excommunicating the President of Notre Dame for ripping off thousands of parents who paid for a Catholic university. I think maybe the Bishop of South Bend might agree.
