We make the distinction between the substance (what it is) and the accidents (how it seems to the senses).

Yes, it looks and tastes like bread. But it is not bread. It has been changed.

It is unfortunate that you and so many others allow schism between Christians over such things. In the end, this sacrament is a mystery- we may conjecture, discuss and debate the meaning of words, but ultimately we’ll never fully understand. And perhaps that’s the way it’s meant to be. As an old ryme puts it “The Lord took bread and He brake it; He was the Word that spake it; and what He doth make it; I do believe and take it.”
